A Message From Mari

I hate AI, all its functions, and creators especially with how it seems like everywhere I go I’m forced to use AI such as when it comes to my google searches cause even putting -ai doesn’t work half the time. However, one thing I hate more than AI is a bad grade, so I did this assignment.

I was inspired by the early AI videos of Will Smith eating spaghetti that looked horrible and janky, so seeing how uncannily real this looked, I got very nervous and felt uneasy. It’s been about three to four years since AI became readily available to the public and the amount of progress software’s been updated is almost ridiculous. A positive I can say is that the AI was able to take further instruction and present a product quickly, but a big negative I found was just how the website is set up and how you can’t readily make the edits you want to while things are being “processed”, but also the environment impacts are equally horrible. 

I think what I can take away from this experience is that I really do prefer human work because AI makes my skin crawl.
